2. Booking and Payment
- Reservations can be made online, via phone, or through approved travel agents.
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.
- Payment for the stay is due upon check-out unless otherwise stated.
- All prices are in euro and include relevant taxes..
3. Cancellation and No-show Policy
- Cancellations made 2 days before the check-in date, will be free of charge.
- Cancellations made after this period will incur a charge of 20% of the booking.
- In case of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is from 12:00 and check-out by 12:00.
- Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Damage to Property
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacements will be applied to the guest’s account.
6. Conduct and Behavior
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the hotel if, in our sole discretion, we consider this provision to have been breached.
7. Liability
- The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of cash, jewelry, or other valuables left in guest rooms.
- The hotel’s liability is limited to the value of the room’s one-night stay.
